Hand-made Gifts

I'm back already! I used Isaac's work camera to take a few photos of some handmade gifts I made this year for my girl friend's at work. Brightly colored minimalist style bracelets and necklaces. I also hand-made gift envelopes using washi tape and patterned paper from Hello Sandwich's craft book, which is one of my favorite little books I own! It came with a CD filled with patterns, templates and clip art to print out and use for your own projects. It's pretty darn amazing. It's what I'm using to wrap all my holiday gifts this year.

Yes, my co-worker's name is also Marissa. I've never known another Marissa in real life. I stuffed the little envelopes with pink tinsel so that when they opened them the tinsel fell out everywhere prettily. They loved that part, party in the bag they said! I'm making a few other hand-made gifts this year including more jewelry, bookmarks, notebooks and baked goods, although I did buy a few gifts as well. Did you make any hand-made gifts this year?
